Zippers have been updated to YKK

Both of the zippers popped off the track. I’ve had for 10 months. I haven’t found a way to contact the seller yet. But Amazon said after 30 days there’s no refund!UPDATE:The company contacted me and informed me that they had complaint about the early edition backpack zippers and have since then replaced the old zippers with YKK zippers. The company also offered me a free replacement backpack as I’m a daily motorcycle rider.Awesome customer service!

Still an awesome backpack!! I managed to make it fit but it’s not a very good way 😅 I took the corners of the laptop that stick out behind the zippers before sipping it shut.
