If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following requirement four our return and refund policy:

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return

Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email

Send all items back to us using the label provided

Once we receive the product, we will check the product and issue a refund right away. Credit cards might take some days to process the transaction, be patient and let us know if something goes unexpectedly.

Items returned to KRONOX for Consideration must be accompanied by a copy of the Original Purchase Receipt and/or Order Identification and when possible, the item should be cleaned before returning unless this would further compromise the product conditions. After returned, KRONOX will proceed with one of these three options:

1 Repair and re-send the item.

2. Send a Replacement Item.

3. In case the product is out of stock, and reparation isn’t possible, KRONOX will provide full reimbursement.

Very pleased!

I had to relocate the license plate on my 2006 Mean Streak after installing saddle bags. This turned out to be a great option, especially for the price. I had to rotate the two arms between the mounting bracket and license plate bracket in order to make it fit on my cruiser without hitting the tire. Very pleased with the purchase.
